Modern and friendly place with a reception staff that's super nice. the rooms are stylish and bright, plus you can even get one with a balcony to enjoy the fresh air 🌿.

Close to the town center and the beach, even tho is a rocky beach with big waves and is not suitable for swimming and no sun beds or umbrellas

They tell you that the room came with a balcony and safe box. You might have a surprise, as you have to pay for the safe box and a warranty for the key, in case you lose it and a lot of rooms have french window, so no balcony. The guy from the front desk wasn't so happy when I requested to have the room changed with a balcony one. For them toilet amenities means towels and soap, so if want something more, be prepared to bring from home. The mattress is really hard, but if you don't have a problem with it, is ok.

The receptionist was very friendly and attentive and gave us some good recommendation for the city and other places to see. The bathroom was modern and clean.

The bed linens were really nasty - the sheets were OK but the cover was nasty- i took it off immediately. It was also very difficult to find the place.

This place offers spacious studio suites with a separate bedroom, bathtub, and air conditioning, and the pool area is pleasant as well.

I stayed there for 5 nights. Excellent location - 10min to bus station, 5min to all the main restaurants in central part, 5min to the beach. I was surprised that for the price I and my friend paid (around £200 for 5 nights) we got such a good room. It was cleaned everyday, we had hobs, pans, dishes if wanted to cook which we sometimes did.. staff was very helpful, 24 hour service.. and although some ppl say that beds are hard to sleep on because of the mattress, I found it hard to believe since slept very very good. If I was to go there again, I would definitely go for this hotel again!!!

The room was big and very clean, everything was confortable.

Perfect location within a 10-15 minute walk from Costa Martianez Water Park. Conveniently close to Tenerife/Puerto de la Cruz, shops, bars, restaurants, beaches. - Well-sized and beautifully decorated hotel units with convenient amenities like snacks and a bath.

Room and facilities were good (I was upgraded to an apartment from studio) Hotel was located in a convenient section of town with a number of facilities close by, including a supermarket

The hotel has the dual name bambi-astoria and they only had the bambi bit on the outside. Street parking is a nightmare. Hotel does have bookable basement parking - strongly advise

The location is perfect, one minute away from the lively beachwalk with bars, restaurant and shops. The hotel provides parking.

It was very difficult to find the hotel, especially as they do not display the name hotel Astoria but Bambi!!! The room furniture was very much out of date and uncomfortable. I booked a junior suite which name was a big exaggeration!!!

This place was incredibly clean and enjoyable, with a fantastic location close to the Lido area, the city center, the sea, and a peaceful shopping street.

It's location was very convenient and although central it was quiet at night. The bed was very comfy and we got some great sleep. The cleaning staff had the room spotless everyday. Overall great value for money and we'd stay again.

We would have like to have an oven.

The location close to Playa de San Telmo was perfect, and the room we had was a decent size with comfy beds.

I had a really good stay and will be returning here soon! The hotel was quaint and quiet, and the staff were amicable, liked the magnificent location not far from a quiet pedestrian shopping street. The breakfasts were inclusive and plentiful with cooked eggs. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was excellent.

Excellent location in city. Comfort and personnel are very good. Hotel provides concerts with rather good performers. The only problem - absence of free wifi. But during shopping and excursions it is not nesessary.
